Donald Trump’s former assistant and lawyer Michael Kohen recently published a scathing critique of what he called the former president’s delaying tactics Tick tock Video.
What happened: Noting that the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals rejected Trump’s offer to stop it Ministry of Justice from examining the 100 or so classified documents recovered from Mar-a-LagoCohen said the former president will now try to delay the inevitable.
“Delay, delay, delay, that’s what he’s going to do,” the attorney said.
“That’s exactly what he does in every single case. He’s going to pull it as far as he can now,” added Cohen.

“If the Supreme Court listens to this bullshit, the fact that this damn asshole can have top secret documents in violation of the Presidential Records Act, and the National Archives with their multiple subpoenas, motions, and so on for the return of the documents, we will know the damn supreme court is corrupt,” he added.
These people who are in the Supreme Court must go if they take this case, he concluded.
