What happened: Wozniak, who co-founded Apple Steve Jobs and Ronald Wayne 1976 tweeted when COVID-19 prevented his domestic workers from coming, he and his wife Janet Hill “made the sacrifice of continuing to pay their full salaries because it was the right thing to do.”

Wozniak tweeted a Gizmodo article about Meta withdrawing internship offers amid cost-cutting.

Why it matters: Some of the withdrawn offers were made to people already working at Meta, which runs popular social networks Facebook and Instagramreported Gizmodo.
