Andrei Karpathythe former AI director Teslatook to Twitter on Thursday to address an issue he is finding apple inc AAPL Products.
What happened: Apple products don’t allow tracking and resuming conversations across 10 apps, Karpathy tweeted. He suggested that sorting notifications into “fyis,” an acronym for “for your information,” and “to dos,” would require some operational-level help.
With that, you can “mark as unread” and deal with it when you’re able, he said.
“Sad how the concept is,” he added.
Dear Apple, I can’t track conversations across 10 apps and come back to this. Needs some OS level help to sort notifications in fyis and todos which you can sort, mark as unread and edit if you are able. Sad how the concept is.

Twitterati had mixed views of the remarks. Some agreed that this was an excellent suggestion, with one calling for text messages to be marked as unread or back out of the blue dot.
One user noted that iOS 16 allows swiping right on a message to mark it as unread. In response, another said that this works for email and not text messages.
Some even recommended Karpathy to switch to Android, claiming it’s much better since it’s an open system.
