
US stocks were higher at the close with the Dow Jones up more than 400 points on Wednesday.
The Dow was up 1.51% to 29,575.89, while the NASDAQ was up 1.52% to 10,994.11. The S&P 500 was also up 1.56% to 3,704.06.

Acumen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. SUBSCRIPTION Shares were also higher, gaining 105% to $9.64 after Biogen and Eisai announced their Phase 3 Clarity trial of lecanemab met its primary endpoint.

Mind Medicine (MindMed) Inc. MNMD Shares fell 50% to $3.06 after the company priced an offering of 7.05 million shares with common shares and warrants at $4.25 per share plus warrants.
shares of nano labs ltd N / A fell 33% to $2.1225 after the company priced a public offering of approximately 2.08 million ADS at $2.40 per ADS.
PhaseBio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. PHAS was down 65% to $0.2660 after the company said it had received notice that its partner SFJ Pharmaceuticals Group had elected to transfer bentracimab rights to SFJ as PhaseBio announced its going -Could not resolve concern condition.
