Tesla Inc TSLA and SpaceX chairman Elon Musk said Thursday that his space company is Starlink The service connects schools in the Amazon region.
What happened: Musk’s comments were made on Twitter in response to a tweet by Fabio FariaBrazil’s Minister of Communications.
The Brazilian official who belongs to the President Jair Bolsonarohad featured a Starlink-affiliated school in the country’s Amazon region.

In a photo shared by Faria, Musk can be seen on a screen in front of excited school kids.

Why it matters: This week, Musk said Starlink did expanded its presence on all continents, including Antarctica.
SpaceX’s CEO said the company will seek an exemption from Iranian sanctions to provide internet to the Middle East nation.
Starlink is a provider of low-latency Internet broadcast via satellite to underserved regions, including nations suffering from natural disasters and war.
