Haifa, Israel, September 22, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Elbit Systems Ltd. ESLT (“Elbit Systems”) announced today that it has received an order valued at 80 million dollars to supply unmanned turrets for armored fighting vehicles (“AFVs”) of an Asia-Pacific country. The contract will be implemented over a period of three years.
Under the contract, Elbit Systems will supply unmanned light turrets with 30mm guns that integrate sensors and display systems for enhanced situational awareness, target acquisition capabilities, fire control systems and weapon systems of various types, enabling significant improvement in mission performance for the AFVs.
