Cathie Wood cuts $32 million from healthcare company owned by Amazon – Press Release

Cathie Wood-LED Ark investment management sold 1,102,797 shares on Tuesday Signify Health Inc. SGFYvalued at $32.3 million, through two of its main exchange-traded funds.

The company sold 670,690 shares of the healthcare company through its flagship ETF, the ARK Innovation ETF ARKKand 432,107 shares through the ARK Genomic Revolution ETF ARKG.

Signify Health made up just 0.37% of ARKK’s portfolio ahead of Tuesday’s trading, but was the third-largest holding in ARKG with a 4.71% weight.

The company reported revenue of $246.20 million for the second quarter benzinga earnings calendar, Slightly missed analyst expectations of $247.06 million in revenue.

Shares of Signify Health soared 41% in a single session on Aug. 22, according to reports Amazon.com Inc. AMZN was interested in taking over the company. wood started trimming its stake in the company at the same meeting.

Ark also bought 316,223 shares of the precision medicine company CareDx Inc. cDNA and no other major trades were observed on Tuesday.

A day earlier Wood – who has long supported the electric vehicle leader Tesla Inc. TSLA – she did buy for the second time in the old automaker General Motor Company GM120,004 shares stack up.
