- Lila Innovation, Inc. PRPL Shares rose 38% to $3.85 after the company confirmed it had received an unsolicited, non-binding offer from Coliseum Capital Management to purchase all of Purple’s outstanding shares for $4.35 per share.
- KnowBe4, Inc. KNBE Soared 25% to $21.64 after the company confirmed it had received a non-binding offer from Vista Equity Partners Management to purchase all of the company’s outstanding shares at $24 per share.
- Studio City International Holdings Limited MSC rose 16.7% to $2.0999.
- VEON Ltd. VEON rose 12.8% to $0.4062 after falling 18% on Friday. VEON Group’s consolidated revenue increased by 3.1% year-on-year in the first eight months of 2022.
- Wix.com Ltd. WIX rose 10.9% to $81.73 after Starboard Value announced a 9% active stake in the company.
- Coeur Mining, Inc. CDE rose 10.5% to $3.15. Coeur announced an agreement to sell Southern Nevada Holdings for an upfront cash payment of $150 million and a deferred cash payment of $50 million.

- Innovative Industrial Properties, Inc. IIPR rose 7.3% to $98.17. Compass Point has upgraded Innovative Ind Props to Buy from Neutral and raised its price target to $175 from $100.
- SIGNA Sports United NV SSU rose 6.8% to $5.75.
- XPeng Inc. XPEV rose 6% to $15.43. XPeng launched the City Navigation Guided Pilot (City NGP) pilot program.
