Continues go deepAdding to retail presence in Colorado
DENVER, September 14, 2022 /PRNewswire/ – chatter, SHWZ SHWZ (“Schwazze”) or the “Company”), announced that it has signed definitive documents to acquire certain assets from Lightshade Labs LLC (“light shadow”). The proposed transaction includes the Lightshade adult dispensaries located at 503 Havana St. in Aurora and 2215 E. Mississippi Ave. located in Aurora Denver vibrant neighborhood of Washington Park. This acquisition continues Schwazze’s aggressive expansion Colorado and upon completion will bring the total number of the company Colorado pharmacies until 25.
The consideration for the planned takeover is $2.75 million and is paid in cash. The acquisition is expected to close in the first quarter of 2023, upon receipt of the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division and local licensing approval.
