Tragos Games, the Latina games brand known for its hit drinking game for Latinos, has released Get Loud, the first-ever bilingual guessing word game of its kind. With the slogan “La Madre (the mother) of all word games,” Get Loud offers a competitive gaming experience where players have one minute (including the hourglass) to describe or act out as many words as possible for their team to guess them correctly, earning points. While similar to other guessing games, the twist is that all of the words come in English and Spanish, providing cultural references that multiple generations of Latinos can understand. The game contains 800 words in 2 levels of difficulty and is recommended for players aged 8+.
Get Loud aims to entertain and unite Latinos while providing great vocabulary for players learning Spanish or English. As a result, Get Loud is an exciting new solution for many bilingual families educating little ones about their heritage and the Spanish language. Because of its broad word content, it’s also a great tool for teachers to lean on in the classroom to facilitate student engagement and learning.
