California Cowboy announces crowdfunding ramp-up

San Anselmo, Calif., Aug. 18, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — California Cowboy, the innovative apparel brand that pioneered the concept of “social engineering apparel,” announced today the launch of its Regulation CF (crowdfunding) crowdfunding platform StartEngine. StartEngine was founded by Howard Marks, co-founder of Activision, and was supported by the respected businessman and judge from Shark Tank Television Kevin O’Leary as strategic advisor and investor of StartEngine. After being accepted into the StartEngine platform, California Cowboy is now filed with the SEC.
