LONDON, Aug. 16, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The UK-based company is at the forefront of providing cloud technology services and enabling digital transformation. With more than 10 years of experience in the areas of IT consulting, computer facility management, data processing and cloud solutions, they successfully help companies to reduce costs and digitally transform processes. They wanted to further grow their business and expand their service portfolio by acquiring a managed IT services company.
Chelsea Corporate sought to identify and approach potential acquisition targets that met the buyer’s criteria. After an extensive research process, Chelsea Corporate directly contacted a number of companies that could potentially be interested in selling. A potential target was an established MSP with an annual turnover of £1.2m providing a wide range of IT support services to businesses in London and the South East, from cabling to project management; a match in terms of location, existing customer base, potential negotiated value and corporate culture.
As a result of Chelsea Corporate’s efforts, a deal was successfully agreed and completed within a short time frame. Both parties have requested confidentiality regarding the exact details. The takeover enables the buyer to expand its range of services and to open up new markets and customer segments.
Commenting on the transaction, Ran Carmon, Chelsea’s Corporate Managing Director said, “We are pleased to have successfully assisted our client in acquiring a managed IT services business that will enable them to expand their service offering and to open up new markets. This is a great example of our team’s expertise in closing off-market deals.”
