Chelsea Corporate Broker Off-market deal for fast growing company

As a result of Chelsea Corporate’s efforts, a deal was successfully agreed and completed within a short time frame. Both parties have requested confidentiality regarding the exact details. The takeover enables the buyer to expand its range of services and to open up new markets and customer segments.
