The Open Sport offers a versatile alternative to open-ear or bone conduction audio products, with the ability to clip to the wearer’s ears or glasses depending on the user’s activity and preference. The Open Sport is available for pre-order for $80 from JLab.com and will ship in mid-August. It’s feature-rich and costs less than half of the existing premium open-ear audio options on the market.

JLab designed the Open Sport with versatility in mind. The Open Sport earphones offer flexible options for running or during tough workouts at the gym, but also for navigating urban environments, office environments or when multitasking at home. Because the Open Sport uses dual-connect technology and built-in MEMS microphones in both buds, both earbuds can be used independently, allowing for greater awareness when situations call for it. Also, connect to two devices at the same time – mobile phone, tablet or your laptop and/or computer at the same time with Bluetooth Multipoint.

Out of the box, the Open Sport earbuds are fitted with flexible ear hooks that can be adjusted to the wearer’s ear shape for a secure fit. As the leading sport earphone brand, JLab has a proven track record of designing ear hooks for sport specific earphones and has specifically designed the Open Sport ear hooks to meet the unique needs of an open ear audio product. Knowing that the extra weight can be distracting when working out, JLab engineered the Open Sport earbuds to weigh less than 14 grams each.
