That Exchange program for cultural chefs delves into the historical, cultural and environmental significance of his nation’s riches and recognizes Canada’s true culinary value on the global stage.

Its mission: Show the world the best of Canadian cuisine through the lens of the world’s top chefs.

Each month guest chefs come, learn, collaborate and bring millions of Canada back to their communities through innovative natural and cultural experiences with renewed energy and vision.
“For travel to matter, authentic learning is essential, and immersive culinary tourism adventures achieve that,” says Chef Darren MacLean of the impetus for this bold multi-year program.
