The nation’s first high ropes course brings fun &

This unique challenge course was a hit with the Charleston community when it opened and offers exciting fun for people of all ages. The park is open daily from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and is located on Johns Island’s Trophy Lakes, just a short drive from downtown Charleston.

Designed to bring out your competitive edge and inner child, the high ropes course allows people to swing, balance and zipline their way through the course with a smile on their faces. Originally made in Germany as the Aqua ChimpanzeeBilling itself as a “floating jungle,” the high ropes course encourages its participants to be simultaneously challenged and entertained while staying above a low-stakes body of water.

“Since it opened in May, our unique high ropes course has given our visitors so much joy,” says the co-founder of Charleston Aqua Park, Jessica Neuman. “There’s such a sense of togetherness when a group of people come together to have fun and be challenged – we’re honored to be the first in the country to offer this experience.”
