President Alvi said that Pakistan’s entire country stood with Kashmiris on Kashmir Solidarity Day.

Indian forces annexed Kashmir in 1948 against the will of the people. On every 5 Feb, Pakistan shows solidarity with Kashmiris against Indian oppression. In 1990, Pakistan declared 5 Feb as Kashmir Day to support them. Pakistan has been celebrating this day since 1990. Indians positioned 900,000 soldiers in the Indian Occupied Kashmir (IOK), suppressing the freedom rights of the Kashmiri people. New Delhi is using state terrorism to dissolve the special status of Kashmir as a disputed territory. Murders of civilians, house detentions, search operations, and rape of girls challenged the Human Rights Organizations for years.
He said that Kashmiri stood determined against the brutality of Indian forces for more than seven decades. Kashmiris are a ray of hope in darkness, a symbol of bravery against fear and sacrifice against cruelty. Indian troops used vicious tactics and strict laws to take control of IIOK.

PM Imran Khan assures the Kashmiris of full support and stresses the international organization for probes against the horrible crimes committed by the Indian forces.
UN resolutions declared Kashmir as a disputed territory in the United Nations Security Council. On 5 Aug 2019, India ended the special status of Kashmir and separated into two unions against all the UNSC resolutions. The Modi government tried to change the demography of IIOJK by establishing housing schemes for Hindus.
Punjab Governor Chaudhry Mohammad Sarwar said Kashmir is the juggler vein of Pakistan, and we will keep raising the voice in favor of Kashmir’s freedom. Pakistan will discuss the matter of Kashmir at all forums. He said Pakistan would bring light on the atrocities of the Indian forces. Pakistan addressed the issue in the EU and UK parliament.
Balochistan Governor Syed Zahoor Ahmed Agha stressed global powers should come forward to solve the matter in the light of the UN charter and resolutions through an independent plebiscite.
In a message issued on Youm-e-Yekjehti Kashmir on Friday, the K-P CM said, we are standing beside people of Kashmir in their struggle for independence.
Pakistan leadership clearly explained that we would not move forward without discussing the matter of Kashmir. Indians should restore special status to Kashmir by giving autonomy. Pakistan’s government will show political and moral support with its juggler’s vein. Pakistan paves the way for peaceful negotiations with Indians on Kashmir. Islamabad had boycotted all the diplomatic relations with India after the 5 Aug debacle. India should come forward with a positive attitude on the matter of Kashmir. If India ignores this serious matter, it will lead to serious security risks among both countries.
The peaceful solution of the Kashmir issue through UN resolutions can restore peace in South Asia. Indians should observe the seriousness of the matter and Pakistan’s solidarity with Kashmir.
