Russians claimed the US was escalating the tensions by ignoring the diplomatic solution announced 3000 soldiers’ deployment in Romania and Poland by Washington.

He said, “This is the biggest Russian deployment there since the Cold War, with an expected 30,000 combat troops”.
Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu reached Belarus for inspection of military exercises. He uploaded the images from the venture displaying jets, tanks, and helicopters. Belarus has a population of 9.5 million, sharing borders with Poland, Ukraine, Lithuania, and Latvia. It shares a southern border with Kyiv.
Russian President Vladimir Putin said, “The US had excluded all Russians apprehensions and incited a war in the region, but we still believed in a diplomatic solution.”
Russia is strongly communicated with China on this matter and succeeded in gaining Beijing’s support. Chinese backed the Russians on security threats imposed by NATO. Putin will meet Chinese President XI Jinping before the Beijing winter Olympics opening ceremony.
In Kyiv, Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan assured the Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky of de-escalating the tension by providing the Ankara platform for Russian and Ukrainian leaders. French President Emmanuel Macron discussed the matter with Polish President to play a role in easing the tensions.
