Can’t Hurt Me is the story of Goggins, who was overweight and depressed and finally became a record-breaking runner, an inspirational military officer, and an international-rated personal trainer.

A horribly hard life has been led through Goggins. He faced poverty and overweight in his 20s, and had survived an abusive and painful childhood. He was almost traumatized as a youth as a result of his early abuse. Nevertheless, none of these stopped him.

Can you can always come out stronger?
What doesn’t destroy you strengthens you. It’s true. Goggins left his abusive father as a child but still had trauma in his 20s. He suffered from oxidative stress and was poorly educated at school. In his youth, he had a dead-end career and began feeding his feelings. Soon he was nearly 300 pounds. He was adamant that he would become a Seal himself after the Navy SEALs documentary. But he would not want this to deter him. He was well over the 191 pounds cap. In just 3 months, he lost an amazing 109 pounds. He managed to drive himself despite reaching the goal of becoming a SEAL.
At some point, among many other remarkable fitness achievements, he held the world record for pull-ups. Instead of avoiding to view himself as a survivor of situations, he kept seeing life as the ultimate training. Recalling, you were able to surmount is the best way to encourage you to keep working when you want to surrender. If in your life you have got a bad side, check for the rewards. You are better for both the struggles and suffering. Life challenges are like carrying weights. The stronger we’ll be, the more we lift and conquer.
Give your best 100% effort to your life
You still have 60% to provide, according to Goggins! But as human beings, after giving just 40% of our full strength, we appear to give up. Just when you give up the false notion that you have done your best to rise. When you go above this amount of 40 percent, your pain threshold will rise, and let your self-limiting mentality go. That’s the maxim of 40%. You will reach a higher success standard if you start working your way through the 40% in which much of the planet is satisfied. This gives you excellent performance.
Today, society enjoys easy improvements. Yet there’s no easy cure when it comes to self-control. His desire to work hard is why he can do so well. And Goggins suggests that they need early birds, of those who say they don’t have time to achieve high targets. According to Goggins, “Victory often comes down to bringing your very best when you feel your worst.”
Final Verdict
“Can’t Hurt Me is truly encouraging. We learn what it takes to overcome massive challenges to become one of the hardest people on earth. It allows us to crack our mental walls and take our success under control. You would be able to dump your excuses and do more than ever before after you’re done reading this.” Qamar Zaman
