The Secret is known for its popularity in the self-help category that highlights the power of positive thinking authored by Rhonda. The book reveals the secrets of the law of attraction. The author presents his notion based on the most prevalent principle called the law of attraction. With law of attraction one can exercise to release positive energy and attract positive things in life like happiness, success, wealth, relationships, health, etc.
The book reveals the secrets of the law of attraction by focusing on techniques like gratitude and visualization. It is evident that the lessons not only focus on positive thinking but also on the resolution to change the way they perceive their lives.
The book presents three important lessons that help people achieve their heart’s desire and get all the positives in their lives.
Lesson 1: Law of Attraction
Lesson 1 talks about one of the important and strongest rules in the life called “Law of attraction” that helps us understand that what we think and feel determines what we attract in our lives. The author argues that positive thinking will attract positive outcomes; it simply means that believing in whatever we want to achieve with positive thinking helps us achieve or attain it. We can understand from the lesson that whatever we think and feel about something produces either a positive or negative energy and positive thinking will attract positive outcomes.
Lesson 2: How The Law Of Attraction Works?
