LINTHICUM, MD, September 27, 2018 — NFM Lending is pleased to announce the opening of a new branch in Southern Pines, NC run by The Sanchez Team. The branch is temporarily located in Garner, NC, but their permanent residence will be 170 N. Bennett St., Southern Pines, NC 28387. The NFM Lending branch will focus its lending platform throughout the Southern Pines metropolitan area. NFM Lending offers Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, Jumbo, and many other loan options to fit every borrower’s need.
The Sanchez Team, a diverse group of Loan Originators and operational members, has over 16 years of experience in the mortgage industry, and is licensed to originate mortgage loans in multiple states, including North Carolina.
With strong ties to the military community and a team focused on public service, the branch prides itself on its deep-rooted connection to the local community. Working and playing locally gives them in-depth knowledge of the area, and seeing their local economy thrive is a top priority.
The Team is led by Branch Manager, Holly Sanchez. When asked what sets The Sanchez Team apart from other mortgage teams, Sanchez responded, “Simplicity. That’s it.
