J.Lodge LLC, a recognized leader in contact center quality management, is pleased to announce the promotion of Rod Mason to the position of Director of Internal Operations. Rodney is a decorated combat veteran and Bronze Star recipient with an outstanding record of efficiently managing a variety of military logistic operations.

Mr. Mason joined J.Lodge as a quality assurance project manager working from J.Lodge’s headquarters in Fort Myers, Florida. Prior to this, Mr. Mason served with distinction in the United States Army achieving the rank of Sergeant 1st Class. In addition to other awards, he received a Bronze Star for heroism under fire during his service as a combat medic in Afghanistan.
