Engrain Announces New Standardized Pricing Structure

Uniform Pricing Model Makes TouchTourTM More Attainable for More Clients

Denver, 01/18/2016 /SubmitPressRelease123/

Engrain (www.engrain.com), a leading developer of software products for the real estate industry, announced it will implement a new pricing strategy across their entire portfolio, including TouchTour®, an award-winning touch technology used as a sales and leasing tool in a wide range of real estate markets from single-family home sales, multifamily apartments, condos, student housing, commercial space and mixed use communities.

Engrain’s new pricing structure was created to make the company’s sales and leasing software more accessible and affordable for developers and builders across the country. The shift to standardized pricing will benefit smaller builders and developers by featuring economical initial costs and license fees based on the development’s number of units. Larger clients benefit by the overall cost-effectiveness of the Enterprise platform, which allows clients to install consistent branding and technology throughout their various leasing and sales offices. Scalable licensing and support fees conform to the Software as a Service (SAAS) licensing and delivery model and will be assessed monthly.

“As we continue to grow it’s imperative our products are scalable and more accessible to the larger development market,” said Engrain President and CEO Brent Steiner. “Implementation of Engrain’s new standardized pricing structure will make our products more affordable for potential clients overseeing smaller developments and offer uniform branding opportunities to large portfolio and national clients with the ability to feature more responsive software throughout their properties. Our new SAAS model will greatly benefit clients of all sizes, and I’m very pleased with this new initiative.”

Engrain will unveil its new pricing structure as well as SightMapTM, its recently announced  interactive marketing website map product, during the 2016 International Builders’ Show® (IBS) Jan. 19 through the 21 in Las Vegas. SightMap is a new online technology option that brings a powerful integrated component to new and existing websites in all real estate applications. This new product is the first to offer the real estate industry a responsive, website based, community map that is mobile optimized and clearly displays unit specific availability and information.
