Acquisition allows CTL Medical Corporation to establish itself in manufacturing
DALLAS (January 15, 2016)…CTL Medical Corporation, a Dallas, Texas based medical device manufacturing company, announced today that it has acquired RF Precision, LLC, a Denton, Texas based medical and dental equipment manufacturer. The acquisition went into effect January 1, 2016.
“The acquisition of RF Precision, LLC is our first step in establishing a foundation in manufacturing. By bringing manufacturing in-house, it will allow for improved efficiency as we navigate future acquisitions and intended growth” said Daniel Chon, CEO of CTL Medical Corporation.
RF Precision, LLC was founded in 2003 and serves clients in the medical, fiber optic and electronic industries. RF Precision, LLC is designated as an ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certified company. These certifications allowed RF Precision, LLC to increase its customer base in North America and expand its services to customers in Europe.
CTL Medical Corporation will retain all current RF Precision, LLC executives and employees, and the plan is to double the manufacturing workforce by early 2017.
