On the brink of their 10-year anniversary, Illumination Research
, an award-winning market research & strategy firm, opens their West Coast Operations in San Francisco. This geographic expansion is being led by Brad Weiss
. Brad brings nearly 12 years of research experience in insights and strategy from both the client and supplier sides. Illumination’s geographic expansion aims to strengthen its current client base in the West and provide a stronger presence in that region to gain broader reach.
According to Illumination founder and CEO, Karri Bass

We couldn’t be more confident in Brad’s ability to lead our West Coast business!”
In his role as Senior VP – West Coast Operations, Brad will provide both current and new clients his expertise in the areas of research design, capability development and moderating/facilitating.

Brad comes to Illumination most recently from MarketVision Research where he had a hybrid role of client development, qualitative innovation, research design, and moderating/facilitating. He also led the firm’s social listening practice and a team of qualitative professionals. Brad has experience in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and previously worked in Procter and Gamble’s Consumer and Market Knowledge organization with roles that spanned across consumer, shopper, and word of mouth marketing. Brad is RIVA-trained, an expert on the LearningConnect/AHA methodology, and has a BS in Marketing with an Entrepreneurship Minor from Miami University.
