01/20/2015 (press release: media1press) // Morocco

HM King Mohammed VI received, on Monday at the Royal Palace in Fez, Saudi Intelligence Chief, HRH Prince Khaled bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, who conveyed to the Sovereign an oral message from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

On this occasion, HM the King was greeted by KSA Ambassador to Morocco, Abderrahmane Mohamed El Jadii, as well as by the close associates of HRH Prince Khaled Bin Bandar Bin Abdulaziz.

The audience was attended by Director General of Studies and Documentation, Mohamed Yassine Mansouri.

The two countries have had a long and prosperous historical course, spanning over decades. These relations reached an exceptional level that makes them distinguished among others.

Saudi Arabia has long endowed Morocco with oil and investments, helping Rabat curb its dependence on the European Union. Morocco has responded in kind to Saudi aid, most often through ideological and military support.
