The NFM Lending branch will focus its lending platform throughout Sarasota and Manatee Counties, and the surrounding areas. Amy Samsal, Branch Manager, has lived in the Sarasota/Manatee area for over 40 years and has worked in the mortgage industry for the past 10 years. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts, was a “Business Woman of the Year” finalist in 2009 by the Tampa Bay Business Journal, and has earned the designation of Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist.
“I understand that every borrower is different, and we offer a variety of products to meet every borrower’s individual requirements,” said Samsal. “I make the process of securing a mortgage simple and straightforward by offering borrowers the latest in financial tools enabling them to make sound financial choices.”
The Sarasota branch currently has openings for qualified Mortgage Loan Originators for full and part-time positions. The branch’s goal is to continue to partner with realtors in marketing services and borrower education efforts, and to grow the branch to service the needs of the surrounding community.
