Fishing University Announces T-H Marine As Newest Sponsor for the 2014 Television Season

T-H Marine Supplies has joined forces with Fishing University for the upcoming 2014 television season. Announcement came today from Debra Talley, Vice President of Program Development. “T-H Marine is one of the most well-known names in the fishing industry that we are fortunate to have as part of our upcoming season”, stated Talley. “Possibly without knowing it, everyone that owns a boat has a part of T-H Marine. That extraordinary knowledge of the boating and fishing industry offers a great resource to our team as we present informational programming to our viewers week after week”, she said.

“T-H Marine is really proud to partner with Fishing University, which has a great history and reputation as a true resource for fishermen”, said Jeff Huntley, President and CEO of T-H Marine Supplies. “We have admired all the great work that Charlie Ingram and Ray Brazier have done over the years. They really teach recreational anglers about fishing, boating, and equipment. They also reach out to our younger generation of fishermen to teach them about the sport and to encourage outdoor activities and careers. We are glad to have our name and our products associated with these great efforts”, he continued.

Headquartered in Huntsville, AL, T-H Marine was established in 1975. The company employs over 100 people in two plants in Alabama and one in Oklahoma. T-H Marine is one of the nation’s largest suppliers of parts and accessories for recreational boats, offering over 3000 different products used by boaters and fishermen. T-H Marine products are used in the manufacturing of every production pleasure boat built in the United States. Their products are also available at major retailers like Academy Sports, Bass Pro Shops, Cabelas, Gander Mountain, and West Marine. Some of their best known items are their ATLAS™ hydraulic jack plates, the most widely used jack plate by professional fishermen and boatbuilders, their HOT FOOT™ boat throttle, and their Oxygenator™ livewell oxygen generator.

“I have known Jeff and his father, Bill, for more years than I can even remember”, said Ray Brazier, Co-host of Fishing University. “Their involvement in and knowledge of the fishing and boating industry is beyond anything that I know of that any other company can offer. T-H Marine is known as the ‘go-to’ company when you need anything and all things boating! They’ve always been our supporters but it’s great to have them on board as one of our official sponsors for the upcoming season”, concluded co-hosts, Ray Brazier and Charlie Ingram.

Fishing University is sponsored by Legend Boats, Honda Marine, Captain Ds, the State of Tennessee, Jackson Kayak, Power Tech, Spro, Tuf-Line, Buckeye Lures, RayMarine, Hammer Rods, T-H Marine and Floatback Lures.
