Ultra Associates in Pembroke Pines, FL has seen incredible growth so far this year. With new clients and divisions on the horizon, Ultra Associates has implemented a manager training program to help meet the needs of their growth. As Ultra Associates gains new clients and growth opportunities, they need more upper level managers to help with the expansion. With clients in the home improvement, consumer electronics and home entertainment industries, Ultra Associates is projecting a huge fourth quarter.
A locally owned Pembroke Pines, FL based marketing firm, Ultra Associates represents an array of clients. Opening its doors in 2003, Ultra Associates has expanded into cities across the country, just recently to include Tampa, Fl. Their marketing firm focuses on their top team members and cross training them from an entry level marketing and sales position into a management role in under a year. They develop leadership skills and groom them for upper level management. Teaching them to utilize hard work, motivation and a great attitude, Ultra Associates makes their training program look seamless. Manager Scott explains, “Our management training program helps someone mature on a personal level taking on the accountability and responsibility of coaching others.” With over 4 new market expansions so far this year, Ultra Associates is projecting one more expansion before 2014.
Ultra Associates has a philosophy of promoting from within and recognizing those that do a huge job. Their top trainer Kristine joined the team three months ago and was invited to attend their Quarterly Leadership Conference in Dallas, TX all expenses paid after only being with Ultra Associates a month. Kristine is currently leading and coaching three representatives and is on a huge push for a promotion to management. Caleb, one of Ultra Associates managers, currently runs the Orlando market and has expanded into four new markets in the last six months with a projection of two more before the end of the year. When asked about a quote that helps define their company, Scott stated, “Tough times don’t last, tough people do.”
With such a busy year and large projections for the final quarter, Ultra Associates is pleased to announce its trip to Jamaica in October where they will take their managers and significant others to relax in reward for a great year.
