Wolf Total Fitness, LLC announces that Patrick Prager, a 4th Dan Master Black Belt Instructor, will be teaching a kid’s After School Karate Program Monday, Wednesday, and Friday starting May 6th. A nominal sign up and monthly fee will get your child started and will include all classes, uniforms, testing and belts.
Patrick has been training in Tang Soo Do, Judo, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for 16 years. He has been instructing children and adults for close to a decade, and he is excited to bringing his expertise to Big Bear.

This Karate Program adds to the full slate of 19 class offerings per week that are free to Wolf Total Fitness Members. Classes include three types of Yoga, Step Aerobics, Cardio Step, Boot Camp, Strength 101, Zumba, and Tai Chi.
