The webinar series was originally run in early spring 2013 and was a resounding success based on attendee feedback. The four part series will take attendees on a learning journey to carry out an information security risk assessment when implementing an ISO27001-compliant information security management system (ISMS).
The short, educational and informative webinars are free and open to all and will be presented by expert compliance practitioner Alan Calder. Alan will explain what ISO27001 is and why it is important, how to carry out a risk assessment and details on updating and maintaining an existing risk assessment.
The webinars are aimed at anyone who is or will soon be involved in ISO27001 compliance, in particular risk management.
Using the risk assessment tool, vsRisk™, the webinars will demonstrate how software is transforming the information security compliance industry, removing the fear and hassle of the more traditional risk assessment methods.
