John recently left NERC, where he managed the Continuing Education Program for 4 years and co-authored the Reliability Standard Auditor Worksheet (RSAW) for the PER-005 Standard. Prior to joining NERC, John was the Chair and Vice-Chair of the NERC Personnel Subcommittee, and chaired the first PER-005 Standard Drafting Team. As a member of the QTS team, John will be available to conduct pre-audits to assess a utility’s PER-005 readiness, develop Training Process documents for a utility’s systematic approach to training (SAT), develop mitigation plans, and perform other related services.
