After nine years of medical school and general surgery residency at the University of Alabama School of Medicine and Baptist Health Systems in Birmingham, Dr. Deal made his way to Las Vegas, Nevada where he completed a year-long cosmetic surgery fellowship program under the guidance of Lane Smith, MD, a well-known, quadruple board-certified Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeon.
