Accurate Inventory and Calculating Service (“AICS”), is pleased to announce the company’s acquisition of Reliant Inventory Services, Inc. (“RIS”), creating the third largest inventory service in the United States (collectively “Reliant”). Reliant retains the combined strengths of both companies and is now prepared to lead the inventory services industry with advanced technology and an innovative business model for the data capture process.
