KETTLER USA announced that it has extended the product manufacturer’s warranty period by two years on select toys and kids’ bicycles. The new program requires no action on the part of the customer to qualify and comes at no additional cost.
The warranty extension applies to customers who currently have these KETTLER products, as well as items that have not yet been purchased. The program includes tricycles, kid’s bikes and toys with the Kiddi-o, Verso by KETTLER and Classic Flyer by KETTLER brand labels, as well as all Kettcar and Kettrike toys. It does not include items, such as tractors and tractor accessories, chess and checkers games and game boards.
“We want our customers to feel confident in knowing that we stand behind the quality of our products,” said Stephen Mannix, vice president of KETTLER USA. “We have extended the warranty period on these bikes and toys in keeping with our pledge to provide an excellent buying and ownership experience to our customers, and to give them extra peace of mind when they invest in our products.”
The company is in the process of notifying customers about the warranty extension and has updated its database to reflect the enhancement. Current and future product owners are automatically covered should they need to order replacement parts included in the program.
