Lost Property Org has launched a brand new website, which features sleek and contemporary web design and a more easy-to-navigate interface that will help customers to find what they are looking for when using the services of the lost property company.

The company, which is run by the Excess Baggage group, has been in operation for 15 years now, having been originally set up in 1997. Its lost and found services have helped countless customers to be reunited with their items, and the company hopes that its new website design will aid customers even further.

One of the biggest changes to the website includes the new ‘2012 Games’ tab, which allows visitors to the upcoming Games competitions to file claims specifically for items lost at the competition venues. The short form requires the customer to choose the competition venue their item was lost at, along with the date it happened, a description of the item, and contact details so that LostProperty.org can get back in touch with them once their item has been successfully located. The London Games are going to be big this year and there is just a short space of time left before thousands of visitors will descend upon London to enjoy this momentous event.

LostProperty.org knows from experience how difficult it can be to keep track of your belongings every minute of the day, but those that do misplace their property while taking in the 2012 Games can rely on Lost Property.org to relocate and return them.

Other changes to the LostProperty.org website include a new logo, additional content to help customers in finding their lost items, and new information on the additional services that the Excess Baggage shipping company is able to provide. This includes baggage shipping, shop and collect services, luggage storage, courier services, baggage wrap, and coin-operated weighing machines in airports such as Gatwick and Heathrow.

To see the new site design and to check out the new services available through LostProperty.org, visit the official website today.
