Payday loan company Payday Express has recently joined Facebook, Twitter and Google+ in a bid to bring useful money-saving tips and budget ideas to its customers.
The UK provider of no fax payday loans set up its business profiles on the three social media networking sites in response to demand from those looking for ways to understand careful spending.
Sarah Carroll, operations manager at Payday Express, said: “We wanted to use social media to provide a useful resource to our customers, with pages dedicated to making the most out of your money.
“Facebook is already proving to be really popular, gaining more than 3,000 fans since the page launched a couple of months ago. We are also really pleased to be approaching 1,500 followers on Twitter!”
As well as offering ideas for making your money go further, the online payday loans company runs various competitions for fans and followers. The company recently announced the winner of its May Facebook competition to win £500. Weekly competitions have included providing the best money saving tip, guessing the number of skittles in a jar, and uploading favourite week-end photos. Prizes for these have been various shopping, restaurant or cinema vouchers.
