Local Market Launch (LML) was proud to be a part of Santa Barbara’s first Startup Weekend, an intense 54 hour event which focuses on providing a platform for budding entrepreneurs to start a viable business. On June 1-3 at the SYNERGY Business & Technology Office, participants had the opportunity to pitch their business idea and group into teams to work toward completing a prototype by Sunday afternoon, where it was evaluated by a panel of judges.
