Tampa has a new banner printing specialist in town that provides numerous styles of banners for many different occasions.
Gorilla Grafix brings customers a quality product no matter what kind of specific banner need they may have. While the company does specialize in step and repeat banners, they offer a variety of services, including car wraps, trade show banners, poster prints, and canvas prints.
“I’m really excited about finally getting to reach a wide audience with Gorilla Grafix.” says Peter Chrulski, owner and founder of Gorilla Grafix. “It’s something I’ve wanted to do for quite a long time, but I haven’t really had a lot of time to offer my services on a large scale until I decided to do this full time.”
Step and repeat banners are the bread and butter of Gorilla Grafix’s business. Accounting for more than half of all orders. These are the types of displays that might be seen at a movie premiere in the background with actors and actresses standing in front of them posing for pictures. Since the popularity of step and repeat banners has grown quite a bit due to the banners being available outside of large printing companies, more printing businesses are starting to offer them to their customers.
Car wraps are also gaining in popularity among business owners, effectively turning their personal vehicle, or a company vehicle, into a moving billboard. “All sorts of companies want car wraps done,” says Chrulski, “We do cars, trucks, vans, pretty much anything with wheels, we can do a wrap on.” Branding cars with large logos could only be done with a paint job for most small businesses until a few years ago when the process of wrapping a car in plastic became cheap enough that shops could start making it affordable for those without 6 figure marketing budgets.
Chrulski is excited when he thinks about the future, having worked extensively on the business’ website, GorillaGrafix.net, to get the word out to people not just from around Tampa, but throughout the country. “You can ship these banners pretty easily, which lets us increase our reach to the rest of the country” explains Chrulski, who has this to say about future plans: “I think business is going to be a lot better this year than last year for sure, beyond that, it is anybody’s guess, but we are going to position ourselves to be the first choice for people interested in printing services.”
