A bill in New York is trying to prohibit condoms from being used as evidence in prostitution cases.

Using condoms as evidence for prostitution is just creating a public health hazard, because these prostitutes are too scared to carry around protection. This could be causing hundreds of people to become infected with STDs and other diseases. There are other things police can use for evidence other than condoms.
