The lawsuit, entitled Hans, et al. v. JKC Palm Springs Automotive, Inc., et al. (San Diego County Superior Court Case No. 37-2011-00071395) is venued in the El Cajon division of the San Diego County Superior Court. The defendant JKC Palm Springs Automotive, Inc. does business under a fictitious business name, and operates the El Cajon dealership “Team Kia of El Cajon” in El Cajon, California. San Diego Lemon Law Attorney’s Complaint Against Team Kia of El Cajon
Although this lawsuit was filed on the plaintiffs’ behalf by prominent San Diego lemon law lawyer Michael R. Specifically, the Team Kia of El Cajon complaint alleges that when the Plaintiffs bought a 2011 Kia Sedona from Team Kia of El Cajon, the El Cajon dealership falsified the amount of the down payment that the Plaintiffs had immediately agreed to pay. The San Diego County Superior Court has not yet made any determination of whether or not Team Kia of El Cajon committed any wrongdoing, or of whether the allegations in San Diego lemon law attorney Michael R.
