When Envision certified their 50th LEED project, Craig Sheehy, President and CEO, stated, “our goal is to have 100 projects LEED certified by this time next year. With 35 projects and approximately 14 million square feet currently in the process and another 70 projects in the pipeline, we feel confident we will meet our objective.” In its 4th year of operation, Envision Realty Services has met and exceeded that objective. As of November 18, 2011, Envision Realty Services received their 103rd LEED certification.
