Americas Cardroom poker room has taken the wraps off its new online poker tournament series. The US-friendly online poker site today announced the schedule for ACROSS—Americas Cardroom Online Super Series. The online tournament series will run from November 29th through December 4th, culminating in a $50,000 Guaranteed No Limit Holdem poker tournament at 4:00pm ET.
Designed to appeal to players of all stake levels, ACROSS will feature three major events per day, with prize pools ranging from $250 all the way to $50,000, and buy-ins ranging from $3.30 to $109. Some tournaments will offer Frequent Player Point buy-ins.
While the series doesn’t begin until November 29th, online poker players can get into the competitive spirit in a special warm-up event on Thanksgiving Day (November 24th). The $55 buy-in No Limit Hold’em tournament with 1 re-buy and one add-on will feature a $25,000 guaranteed prize pool and all players that register will automatically qualify for a 10 seat Freeroll to the ACROSS Main Event.
Also planned for the series are a number of promotions, including a contest that awards free tournaments seats to the top 10 players to cash in the series; a $1k freeroll seat for every player who cashes more than once in the series; and tournament buy-ins will be refunded for each player who finishes a tournament on the bubble.
