Burger King famously made headlines when they campaigned to give out a free whopper to anyone that would “unfriend” 10 people from their facebook list. Other companies like Comcast and Zappos, use twitter to provide better customer service. Then those like Motrin and Dominos Pizza, whose name was tarnished due to YouTube videos that exposed health concerns and offended their consumers.
