Bath salts banned in FL; used as ‘fake-cocaine’

“bath salts” sold under names like Blue Silk, TranQuility and White Lightning has put dozens of people in mental hospitals and emergency rooms.

It’s amazing what people will consume to get a high. In recent months dozens of people have been hospitalized and put in mental hospitals after taking the ‘salts’ as a drug. The powders are now controlled in the same category as heroin and cocaine. Law enforcement is now asking everyone to turn over the “bath salt” drugs. I find this amazing that someone figured out that the bath salts can get you high.
