Federal Jury Convicts NY Contractor of Asbestos Violations

A federal jury in Rochester convicted a contractor of violating the Clean Air Act and exposing workers to asbestos.

Keith Gordon-Smith and Gordon-Smith Contracting were found guilty of violating the federal Clean Air Act and exposing workers to asbestos, while demolishing Rochester’s Genesee Hospital.
