timeXtender(R), a leading provider of Business Intelligence tools, and Theobald Software, a leading provider of SAP interface products, sign OEM agreement. The agreement allows timeXtender to use Theobald Software’s Xtract IS interface in timeXtender’s SAP adapter. The agreement answers a request from customers for easy extraction of SAP R/3 data into timeXtender.
“This agreement offers customers that use SAP an easy way to build a Microsoft SQL Server based BI project in timeXtender. Until now it has been a labor intensive project to migrate data from SAP R/3 to SQL Server; however,the new SAP adapter in timeXtender makes this easy and straightforward,” says Heine Krog Iversen, CEO of timeXtender. “This agreement also shows timeXtender’s constant dedication to revolutionize how people work with BI – regardless of which IT systems they are using.”
Using the SAP adapter in timeXtender, data can be extracted from SAP R/3 data sources into a data warehouse in timeXtender. In timeXtender, the data can then be cleansed and combined with data from other sources.
