Women, and more alarming, men, over the age of 50 are an astounding 14 times as likely to use anti-wrinkle cream as their parents were – according to research by Saga magazine that was printed in the New York Daily News. In the same study, cosmetic surgeries have doubled in volume.
The survey paneled around 10,000 people. As reported in the New York Daily News, Saga’s editor, Emma Soames, notes that the survey demonstrates that over-50s are “a generation that has successfully redefined attitudes to age” in today’s “politics of beauty.”
The advancement of anti aging creams has caused a surge in consumer demand. My advice to wary consumers is to visit Amazon.com and look for verified reviews. I start my search on Google and after finding the baseline facts I see how the company does on a big marketplace like Amazon.com.”
