Mr. Martin joins BenefitVision after 17 years with the Trustmark Companies, a life and health insurer and employee benefits provider. He was instrumental in building its Voluntary Benefit Solutions Division and led it for over ten years to record revenue growth and profitability.
Through Mr. Martin’s carrier experience, he has clearly seen the need to educate employees to understand the value and need for benefits. “We need to engage employees in making the best benefit decisions for their families’ future.” Mr. Martin commented. “BenefitVision has been the pioneer in developing cutting edge enrollment techniques.They invented one-on-one core benefit enrollments with a laptop computer, benefit enrollments via call center, and they are now moving into the newest web technologies to further advance their effective benefit communication capabilities. Mr. Martin holds a Masters of Management in Marketing and Organization Behavior from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University.
