Majority of UK Restaurants Likely Use Bacteria-Ridden Cloths

Sep. 15, 2010 — A new study shows that a majority of the restaurants in the UK could be using dishcloths that contain a high level of bacteria, including enterobacteriaceae, E.coli, listeria and Staphylococcis.
