Sterling Holding Group changes name to Sterling Property Company – Continuing the use of documents stolen from Wilshire Holding Group

Lutz, FL – February 1, 2010 /EIN PRESSWIRE/ — Wilshire Holding Group, Inc. of Lutz, Florida and Canyon Country, CA has discovered the continued usage of proprietary documentation stolen by Sandra Neuwirth while answering telephones for Wilshire.

Wilshire has advised their Attorney, Jason Weaver, Esquire with the firm of Hagen & Hagen, PA, Ft. Lauderdale, FL to do any and all actions needed to stop this flagrant dissemination of Wilshire’s valuable and protected trade secrets.

Documents and data currently being used by Sterling Property Company are near verbatim copies of documents belonging to Wilshire, and Wilshire has reason to believe that, during her employ as a receptionist with Wilshire, Sandra Neuwirth illegally copied Wilshire files and retains them to this day.

In December, 2009 Wilshire, through Counsel gave William and Sandra Neuwirth and Sterling Holding Group notification to cease and desist. Sterling in an attempt to circumvent the law, undertook the following actions and timetable:

On December 10, 2009 a company called Dynamic Endeavors, LLC was formed by William Neuwirth . Sterling Property Company, LLC was formed December 16, 2009 by William Neuwirth on behalf of Dynamic Inception, LLC. Dynamic Inception, LLC was formed on January 14, 2010 by Sandra Neuwirth to “Own” Sterling Property Company, LLC.

This “daisy chain” of entities are all Florida Limited Liability Companies, using the same address of 6723 Vista Del Lago Ave, Land O Lakes, FL 34637. This is the home of the Neuwirths and is located inside a nudist colony.

Wilshire Holding Group Inc. has authorized Weaver to file for an immediate injunction against Sterling, its agents, directors, and officers, preventing and ceasing all further misuse and dissemination of Wilshire’s trade secrets, pursuant to Florida’s Uniform Trade Secrets Act, FLA. STAT. §688.001 et. seq. (2008).
